Lytton is rebuilding, and step by step, the community is once again coming together. While construction is continuing, we’re expecting to receive funding for a new government centre, a recreation centre, healthcare centre and more. Come to this page for more announcements as we rebuild.
Building Permit Fee Reduction Program
The Village will reduce building permit fees by 50% for building permit applications received before December 31, 2024.
Archaeology Grant Program
The Village will provide a grant of up to $5,000 for Village of Lytton property owners for archaeology costs.
Lytton Homeowner Resilient Rebuild Program
PacifiCan, the federal regional development agency for British Columbians, is currently accepting applications for the Lytton Homeowner Resilient Rebuild Program (LHRR).
